About Us

Required for September 2024


We are looking to appoint both a KS1 and KS2 outstanding teacher with the suitable experience to lead a class from September 2024 onwards.  We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers.


St Mary’s CE Primary School is a successful and inclusive Church of England Primary School serving the local community – currently graded good by Ofsted and SIAMS.  You would be joining a friendly and hard-working staff team, working in partnership with our supportive families and committed Governing Body to provide our enthusiastic and well behaved children with high quality learning opportunities.


We are looking for a primary practitioner who:


    Is a consistently outstanding teacher

    Has passion and a proven track record and commitment to raising standards

    Is enthusiastic and keen to progress

    Is committed to school improvement

    Is creative and innovative

    Is able to motivate and inspire colleagues

    Conveys a positive ‘can-do’ attitude!

    May have a passion for the sciences and/or Physical Education
