Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Pools on the Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities here include an outdoor heated pool and grounds, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, 2 studio spaces, health suite and café.

The centre is open to the public daily from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our duty management team supporting all departments (Pools, Fitness, Sales and Reception etc.) to ensure that the Centre runs smoothly. Making sure that all facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.

What we’ll need from you
The following qualifications are ESSENTIAL for this role.  Applicants who do not hold these qualifications will not be shortlisted:


You MUST have:
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification
- First Aid qualification

- Sport / recreation or management qualification

You’ll also need to be able to manage and supervise staff, and must have previous experience of working in a leisure / sporting or fitness environment.

Strong financial, admin and customer service skills are essential. You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service. 

This role is permanent and will require you to work a shift pattern all year round. You will be required to work a mix of shifts, some early starting at 6am and some lates ending at 10.30pm. Shifts will include a mix of weekdays and weekends. Please make sure you have availability to commit to working shifts before you apply.

Starting salary of £29,562pa for 36 hours per week.
(Salary progress range is £29,562 to £35,822pa).
