15 hours per week (Monday - Friday After School Care -3.15pm - 6.15pm)

There may be some flexibility with days worked

Hillbrook Primary School is a large, diverse and very vibrant multi-ethnic Primary School with a fantastic reputation. We are located in in the heart of our community in Tooting South West London, very close to both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec Stations.


We run a very successful Breakfast & After School Club (Extended Owls’ Club). We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, fun and committed person to join our happy team. 


You will need to be able to:


  • Work as part of a happy, vibrant and friendly team
  • Follow the ethos of Hillbrook Primary school 
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of the children – including the collection of children from their classes
  • Run interesting activities that build on class and school events (e.g. creative writing week, International day, Science week etc.)
  • Oversee a timetable of events that rotates across the week e.g.: Monday: sports and science activities; Tuesday: Art and crafts and reading activities; Wednesday sports and maths activities; Thursday: homework activities and reading; Friday: cooking …
  • Be responsible for maintaining high expectations of behaviour across the provision, using Hillbrook’s behaviour policy 
  • Support in the basic preparation of food for the children when needed
