The role
Required for September 2021
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and well qualified Teacher of Computing to teach Computer Science across the school, up to post-16.
Computer Science is taught discretely throughout KS3 and is a popular option at KS4 and KS5 with a long track record of success. At KS4 we currently offer the 9-1 GCSE Computer Science and BTEC Tech Award in Digital Information Technology. At KS5 we offer BTEC Nationals in Computing at Level 3 and at Level 2 the BTEC Technical Certificate in IT Support.
Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multi-cultural school in Balham, South London. We have recently completed a multi-million pound building programme, which has provided staff and students with a modern building with further plans to expand the school, by 2021.
